Through our partnership with PaperCut, we are able to assist your school in reducing print volumes by an industry-average 30% leading to extensive cost savings, security over sensitive documents and increased efficiencies for staff.

Cyber security Information with Trevlyn Cyber Security Specialist at DOE

October is Cyber Security awareness month. This is a good opportunity to equip SBNAs with knowledge and tips on how you can enhance security on your school-managed (Tier 3) servers and help raise cyber security awareness among users at your respective schools.

Fuji will be showcasing “Kofax n school archive software”

Kofax Control Suite – Workflow management from web forms, hard copy forms, etc. Scanned or emailed in Kofax will use accurate Optical Character Recognition technology to extract relevant data to be transported into SYS or Compass. Eliminating the need for manual data input leads to time constraints and room for human error. You can build virtual dynamic forms with automatic fill options, DocuSign, and back-end validation of credentials. A full 360 capture to workflow solution for all your enrolment and workflow needs at the school.

Ezescan - Digitise with hardware (MFP or dedicated scanner) to scan in all old archived records using Optical Character Recognition to use metadata as storage convention. Which you can ingest into your Tier 3 server storage with an easy-to-use keyword search to access any record. Saving time and effort in storage and retrieval as well as the risk of losing hard copy documents because of a flood, fire, etc.
